Horizon Foundation is a registered non-profit and non-governmental organisation based in Delhi and registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Since its inception in 2008, our earnest endeavor has been empowerment of women, social, moral, mental and financial upliftment of the deprived and the underprivileged class. It was founded in 1994 as Alap Sankhyak Sikshan Sanstahn. However, by 2006–2007 it was no longer functioning rather it became defunct since most of the functionaries were no longer able to achieve the goals or target due to their busy schedule or bad health. By the end of Year 2007 New Members came into the main fray and by 2008 a New Committee formed and the organisation was renamed as Horizon Foundation.
